The 'Management Review' meetings we hold regularly every year are an opportunity to assess our employees of all levels who achieve and surpass their objectives on a continuous basis; develop competencies; preparing themselves for responsibilities beyond current positions/level; volunteer for challenging tasks; and visibly standing out with their behaviour and personal quality.

As well as identifying in which way they can proceed in their future careers, we also evaluate main objectives of the company, current and probable future structure of the organization, performance, potential and appropriateness of competency profiles.
