We evaluate our employees' competencies with 360 degree approach, taking opinions of subordinates, managers, peers and the person's self opinion. We measure the difference between the required job competencies and the individual's competencies to define development areas. We do performance assessment at least once a year by considering both business and personal competency objectives. In the course of the assessment we examine/explore the individual's effort and success in realizing tasks, responsibilities and objectives.
With the Competency and Performance Management Systems we aim to create a working environment where the best individuals are able to take on personal responsibility and initiative to attain business and individual competency objectives. We view this process as a means of communication and development.
