The orientation programs, which introduce and explain the Borusan family and its corporate culture to new employees, are generally the first development activity in which staff participate after they have begun their employment. The bottom line is that we are expected to make a difference in everything we do with the potential that lies within.
As one who has worked in the development department before, and continues to serve the Borusan vision, I want to share how happy I am to be a member of this wonderful family.
