Over the years, I had the opportunity of working on international assignments because of various partnerships we initiated with some of the world’s leading companies. Furthermore, I became familiar with the 6 Sigma principles and quickly realized the power of working with data and basing decisions on measurements and analyses.
I also came to understand the tremendous value of the Borusan brand as created by our shareholders and consequently became aware of the high respect our company held in the market.
I now work for Borusan Logistics and the journey continues. Aside from meeting my business targets, spreading the Borusan culture is my most important personal mission because I believe this to be our most fundamental competitive advantage.
