Since the only rules to the game these days are “continual change and adaptation to this change”, it is undoubtedly a tremendous privilege to work for a group which continually renews and develops itself.

Hard work, honesty, the ability to take initiative, openness to and initiative towards change, plus a global perspective, are just some of the requirements for joining Borusan. 

As a 12-year veteran of Borusan, I am quite fond of being a member of this family.
