  • Which university department graduates are primarily preferred in the hiring process?
    In Borusan Group Human Resources Department, we do not discriminate between universities and departments in the hiring process. In order to bring in talented, creative, and high potential recent graduates for the Borusan Group, we established the Trainee project.     The Borusan Group, in line with its segment portfolio, is mainly in search of engineering positions. We accomplish various projects in the universities which introduce the Borusan Group and business processes. We provide interactive environments as joint projects with technical universities in order to bring our executives and the students together. 

  • What are the other qualifications that influence the hiring process apart from the universities and departments?

    Principally, the qualifications we expect from recent graduates are to be graduated from four-year colleges and to be fluent in English. We select the future executives of the Borusan among the candidates with a strong drive to succeed, have advanced communication skills, prone to teamwork, open for development, and have awareness of social responsibilities. We do not expect our candidates to have work experience in the beginning and in the "Trainee” process. 

  • What is the strategy for raising leaders in the Borusan Group?
    In Borusan, we gathered strategic information management, leadership building, performance management, and employee development under the wing of the Borusan Academy. The Academy offers comprehensive education and development programs that are designed in accordance with the group and company strategies, targets and priorities, necessities and resources.
     
    In the Borusan Academy, the Leadership Faculty provides educational programs jointly organized with Sabancı University. We aim to raise business leaders who set a strategy, improve oneself and the team members, and manage the change with the programs which create difference in means of education and educational methods.
