• All potential candidates are evaluated during competency based interviews with human resource experts to assess their basic aptitude for not only the position in question but also for the Borusan Group. In addition, a profile analysis and series of professional and technical questions are applied during these interviews.

• The candidates who pass the competency based interviews have a discussion with the managers of the positions for which they file an application.

• The candidates who advance should take a foreign language exam to determine their proficiency.

• The evaluation center practices specific to the vacant position (director, sales etc.) are effected. The candidates are expected to pass the orientation test for the job and the organization.

• The candidates who are deemed qualified after all evaluations receive a job offer from the respective company.
