An Effective and All-Purpose Evaluation System Offering OpportunitiesAt Borusan, the performance of Borusan members is evaluated objectively and effective practices are utilized with a view to provide a development environment for them to reveal their potential.

Performance Evaluation Meetings: In these meetings held at least once a year, we focus on both business and personal competency targets. We inform our employees about their present performance and provide new development opportunities.

360° Competency Evaluation System: We identify our employees’ competency in the light of opinions of their superiors, subordinates and counterparts plus a thorough self-assessment. After a systematic evaluation, we consider career development opportunities and corresponding awards for each of our employees in line with their personal development goals.
