24 August 2017
Borusan Machinery and Power Systems (BMGS) that operates in a vast geographical area from Turkey to the Far East and Russia is preparing to set up Component Revision Centers in Istanbul and Ankara cities of Turkey. These Component Centers will be similar to the Component Revision Center already built in Kazakhstan.

Borusan Machinery and Power Systems (BMGS) gained momentum in customer satisfaction thanks to its Component Revision Center (CRC) founded for construction equipment in 2011 in the Karaganda region of Kazakhstan. The world’s giant construction equipment company CAT adopts many best practices from this center.

The Component Revision Center in Kazakhstan offers complete solution services to customers, minimizing customer costs by renewing and recycling machinery parts such as motor and transmission boxes, as well as increasing quality and service speed.

A Team of 800 People Provide Services to Customers in 22 Locations

BMGS operates as Caterpillar’s most important business partner and only representative in a wide geographical area in countries such as Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kirghizstan, the Far East and Russia besides Turkey.

BMGS provides services with its team of 800 employees in 22 locations. BMGS’ Component Revision Center in Kazakhstan still serves as the only component revision center in Europe, Asia and Africa.

New Component Revision Centers Arrive to Turkey

During the press tour organized in the Revision Center located in the Karaganda region of Kazakhstan, BMGS’s General Director Özgür Günaydın, stated that by the end of 2017 they will also be opening Component Revision Centers in Istanbul and Ankara.

“We will create the fastest, most convenient and highest quality solutions for our clients”

Özgür Günaydın underlined that their utmost priority is to always be there for their clients at any time and situation. He stated, “In our center in Kazakhstan, we carry out complete maintenance and renewal works on a large quantity of construction equipment and we also make approximately 800 component renewals. The practices we developed in this center are offered for use in other parts of the world within the scope of the “best practice” program by Caterpillar. We are now aiming to replicate this success in Turkey. We are planning to put our Component Revision Centers in Ankara and İstanbul into service by the end of 2017. These centers are being designed in accordance with the needs of our clients in Turkey. We will create the fastest, most convenient and highest quality solutions for our clients.”
